TDU has just completed a record year and kicks off 2007 with several new projects currently uderway;
Biotech 8: A multi level cast-in-place office building and parking deck is the latest addition to the Biotechnology Research Park in downtown Richmond with general contractor Kjellstrom & Lee.
Staples Mill Square: A new shopping center being developed by Marchetti Properties on Staples Mill Rd just west of Parham.
Marva Marble Office and Warehouse: A 50,000 SF facilty located in the Oak Lake Industrial Park with North South Construction
