Anthony L. Greenhow Sr.
PRESIDENT
After completing a B.S in Construction Management at Norfolk State University Tony worked with one of the largest general contractors in the Virginia area as a field engineer. Then realizing a true passion for concrete construction he went to work for one of the largest commercial concrete construction companies in the nation for the next 5 years as a superintendent where he was responsible for each project’s success from staffing and scheduling to managing his estimated costs. After working as a superintendent for 5 years he then assumed the position of Estimator and Project Manager running the concrete division of one of Virginia’s largest locally owned general contractors. After being at the helm of the concrete division he decided it was time to give the central Virginia area TDU Concrete and did just that in 2001. Since that time TDU Concrete has grown from just a few employees to a fully staffed turnkey company with 75+ employees

Bill Ruhlow
ESTIMATING
Bill joins the TDU Concrete team as an Estimator. He has worked as a construction estimator since 2004, with experience primarily in the concrete construction industry. He graduated with honors in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management. His experience allows him to estimate and manage small to multi-million dollar projects simultaneously which is a huge asset to our company.


Chris Braswell
FIELD OPERATIONS
Chris began his career in the concrete industry as a laborer for a local residential contractor in 2003 at the age of 19. He was quickly promoted to foreman and filled that position until 2012 when he joined TDU Concrete. With a reputation for ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, Chris now serves as our General Superintendent. He is pro-active in growing the established integrity of TDU and plays a vital role in the success of numerous large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects while providing excellent customer service.

Jill Wilkinson
RESOURCE OFFICER
Since completing her B.S. in Fine Arts and Art Education, Jill has provided human resources, payroll and accounting support for several businesses in the central Virginia area. She has been with TDU Concrete since 2007 and continues to broaden her knowledge of the construction process by assisting in all stages. Her wide range of skill sets make her an invaluable member of the team.
Kathryn Day
ACCOUNTING
Kathy joined TDU Concrete in 2010 as a Controller. Kathy brings over 35 years of accounting experience and expertise to TDU. In this role, she is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and financial functions. Prior to her current role, she was a senior accountant for a global packaging solutions company here in Richmond.


Jeffrey McCowin
FLEET/EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Jeffrey came to TDU Concrete with over ten years of experience as a CDL truck driver. He quickly advanced to overseeing and managing the operation, maintenance, and logistics of our company fleet. Throughout his time here at TDU, he has demonstrated a strong proficiency in maximizing the operational efficiency, performance, and safety of our vehicle fleet and construction equipment. Jeff consistently aims to ensure that the fleet operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
